• No setup fees; just 80 cents per mailing (includes postage)

Remote Check Printing

If you don't want to spend time printing your own checks, you don't have to. Our remote check print service lets you print and mail checks from our secure payment processing facility equiped with high-speed printers, fold-and-seal machines and verification systems.

• No monthly fee; just a one-time $30 setup fee and 80 cents per check (includes postage)

Tenant Screening

Choose qualified tenants faster with TransUnion's service built right in to Buildium's rental application process.

• Easily request tenant screening reports from applicants via email
• Review credit and criminal reports from the same page where review rental applications
• Get the information you need while protecting your applicants' privacy
• No monthly fee; just $11.99 per applicant (includes both a credit and criminal report)
